Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders in supported destinations, with no minimum purchase. Orders are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or an incorrect address. International duties or taxes charged by local authorities are separate from shipping.
Address changes
Review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact XXVXX immediately if a correction is needed. Changes are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.
Returns and exchanges
Contact XXVXX through the Contact page before returning any item. Do not send a package to the address shown on the original shipment. Our fulfillment partner does not accept unauthorized customer returns. After your request is reviewed and approved, XXVXX will provide the correct return address and instructions.
How to request a return or refund
- Contact XXVXX with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- For a damaged, misprinted, defective, incorrect, or lost order, include clear photos or video when applicable and report the issue within 7 days of delivery for the fastest resolution.
- Other eligible return or refund requests must be submitted within 180 days after delivery.
- Wait for written approval and return instructions before shipping anything.
Return conditions
Unless an item is defective or incorrectly produced, it must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition. Items accurately produced as ordered but later unwanted may not be eligible because XXVXX products are made to order. Hygiene-sensitive items, deliberately damaged items, and items returned outside the eligible window are not returnable except where required by law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless XXVXX confirms otherwise or applicable law requires a different result. Freight-to-collect returns are not accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and in the original purchase currency. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
Cancellations
Contact XXVXX immediately if you need to cancel. Orders can generally be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be available.
